Before starting service I asked that 1) The grass clippings be mulched back into the lawn (as opposed to bagged) and 2) that the grass be cut at an appropriate height (St. Augistine thrives best at a tall length).  After two service visits it was clear this company was not willing to follow through on the agreed upon terms.

This company and Mr Vela is the most fabulous lawn care services I have ever had to take care of my needs.  Very reasonable, very patient, very personal, always on time and great to work with. Would recommend him highly to everyone.

I have had only good experiences with this company.  This is one of the only lawn services in the area who will do a one-time mow whenever you need it.  Every time in past that I asked for a one-time mow, I got it that same day!  A lot of lawn companies won't bother with you unless you sign up for a service plan.  Now, we have the weekly service, and it's really reasonable.  Also, this company has helped us with other projects, including laying new sod.  They did a great job, and even completed the job the day after coming to give me an estimate.  They even helped me remove some bushes from my flower bed at no extra charge.

I used this service for over a year, initially the owner/operator was very conscientious and courteous; over time both faded. I signed up for additional landscaping services which also started off good and quickly faded to not only not providing services when scheduled but also caused damage to some irrigation equipment.  I continued to use this service simply because it was easier to do that than try to find another company that would service a large piece of property. He apparently has issues with maintaining his equipment because on two occasions his mowers broke down mid-mow and he left them on my property for several days. To top it all off he waits until the day before he is scheduled to service my property to let me know that due to his equipment failing, he will not be able to service my property, further demonstrating how the courtesy had faded as that did not even leave an opportunity to find another landscape company.

thank you for your review to make a few Corrections we have been maintaining your property for almost 3 years not one year. After 3 years my equipment just could not take the type of grass you have  this type of grass needs a tractor not a lawn mower. I have spent probably couple thousand dollars on repair just from servicing your property after your last service I have blown my  engine on my lawn mower which will cost probably 1800 to $2,000 to repair so I had to make a decision do I keep on repairing my lawn mower and work for free or simply just stop service on your property and that was the decision that I made. I have contacted you about this matter soon as I heard from the mechanic which was on Thursday I did not have any information earlier to tell you

The first time mowing was OK. I also paid for mulching and pulling weeds. Weeds are already growing through the mulch a week later. The second time mowing was terrible. We have a trampoline and it wasn’t moved over to mow underneath, the swing set was mowed around leaving tall grass. The owner texted me and told me I should leave more money for tax as I didn’t write in tax on the check. he doesn’t like taking checks. I have never been charged tax for mowing and didn’t know it was required. I paid $30 for each mow and $120 for 2 flower beds to be mulched. The mowing price was fine if it was done correctly. Mulching was way overpriced.
