You won't find a more honest and caring business for all your landscaping needs and wants. Whatever you wish your landscaping to look like, they got ya covered. So how do you begin? 1 phone call gets you personal attention, it's that easy to begin a beautiful lawn and exactly how you want it. I give them 2 thumbs up!

Don't bother calling this business. Guy came out to look at my property, said he would get back with me in a couple of days with and estimate. Didnt hear from him, I left several messages and no return phone calls. It's been a week 1/2 and have not heard from him. Worst customer service ever. Obviously not going to have them do the job even if he gets back with me. If they cant return a call, what's the chance they will even show to do the job or do it right. Very disappointed in this local business. I have my own small business and would never treat anyone like this.

Hi Shawn, I made attempt to contact you 3 days, 1 time each day. Twice it went straight to voicemail and once it rang through without an answer. It sounds like there was a misunderstanding on the timeframes we discussed. I apologize for any confusion in the timeframes and any dissatisfaction you have with our communication, we do not have an office staff for calls and I attempt to return missed calls at least once per day. Unfortunately we were unable to reach you on those attempts. I had expressed that I was going to send you and estimate within a week or 2 and I may even be able to finish in a few days but that I had some estimates ahead of yours and it would depend. I had also expressed that we are fully booked on landscaping for 1-2 months weather dependent and that if we came to an agreement we would get you on the schedule for the next open availability. If I would have been aware that you were looking for an expedited process and needed it done immediately I would have declined and referred you to another Landscape company in our area that may have immediate availability. I hope you can understand and we would be glad to still provide you with the estimate if you like. We pride ourselves on the quality of work and customer experience, I would be privileged to provide you with that level of service. I can assure you that we generally are not the lowest price but the overall cost to you cost is less than others. We offer services at a price that provides the level of quality and satisfaction so that the cost of ownership is low. The services we provide are at a price that helps save you time, money and headaches over the rest of your living at that property. I hope you have a good night and I assure you I have not forgotten about your estimate. I will work to ensuring that the client has heard and understood my timeline. Again, I apologize. Ryan Extreme Lawn & Landscape 5-10-19 Update after listing to remaining voicmails. Hi, I tried to return your call for multiple times with no results. I tried During the day and it went to the voicemail I try to 8:00 p.m. and you didn't call me back till the next day when I was Occupied. I tried to call you back again the next day during the day and it went straight to voicemail. The discussion I wanted to have with you Was not a voicemail discussion as to why I didn't leave one. I'm not sure how there was so much confusion Maybe you had misunderstood what I said compared to another contractor you had come out but it's unfortunate that we were treated this way after expressing our time frame was 1 to 2 weeks for the estimate possibly as soon as a few days depending on a lot of factors. I can show you my call history that shows that we only ever talked on the phone one time , I had no call record of a second phone call with you discussing anything about Friday. Another misunderstanding that I'm not sure if was confused maybe with another contractor you had come out. Overall I feel like you've been very pushy and disrespectful in your voicemails and I would like to officially decline any opportunity to work for you even if you still do have the desire or not. Our company is valued by every one of our current customers and we have limited availability for new customers as is. We are not intrested in partnering with clients that go about business in the way that you have in the voicemails I have saved here. This is a very unfortunate situation and I hope the best luck for your retaining wall project. Not every potential customer will ne a good match for us and we definitely won't be a good match. Very quick response & friendly customer service. Very professional online invoice and bill pay, makes it easy to do business. It was also great having photos of the lawn services provided.
