  FULL CUSTOMER SERVICE, doesn't even begin to explain how wonderful Alan is. We will never go to anyone else after our experience with Alan. He took care of my mother who's husband, (my father), was passing away on Alan's day off from what seemed like an emergency to my mother. He calmed her down, fixed the issue, and didn't even charge her. He did this all out of the kindness of his own heart. He works two jobs, protecting us daily as a law enforcement officer and keeping watch over our lawn and design emergencies. I called from a state 2,500 miles away and he was actually able to diagnose the problem on the phone while I was describing it to him, so he also has quite the vast knowledge. He also let me know if we needed any other help with anything he would be more than happy to help us and he gave us references to a couple other people we will be using in the future. To say I am thankful is an understatement. Sadly, my father has passed away and this review should have been written a few weeks ago but my grief has overtaken me. I would highly recommend Alan to anyone and everyone and I have been in charge of managing and teaching customer service for a few years so I do have a little experience in the area. He's top of the line. Thank you, so much Alan.

  Alan came to repair the shoddy work done by a different irrigation company. He repaired the system correctly. Alan is knowledgeable about explains what he is doing and why. It really matters who you use. Wish I had used Allen at the beginning. Would have saved time, money and aggravation. I recommend him wholeheartedly.

  Alan was fantastic! We had a minor issue with some backyard irrigation, so I found his number online and called him. He was extremely professional and polite, fixed the problem immediately, and did a great job. We will use him again and will recommend him to everyone we know!
