  Posting on behalf of my mother. She has used them for 10 years and, until recently, they have been great. In the last month, they have been non-communicative and their phone line has been disconnected!!! She also received an invoice for 5x the normal amount for services that were not rendered. The invoice lists the disconnected phone number for any questions. She will not be using them anymore.

  I've been a customer for over a year and recently their service has dwindled. Nobody is returning e-mails and it seems their phone number has been disconnected. Current services are being charged to my card without anyone ever showing up and when they do it's days or weeks after the normal scheduled time. Will not be using them for future service.

  Out of business. Used them for 5 years and then a no show. Not sure what happened. But an explanation would have been great. Just not showing up, but charging me is not cool.
