  They charged me for services not provided. As I was reading some other reviews I see they did it to other people too, so it isn't some sort of honest mistake. I was unfortunately duped to pay for the entire year at the beginning of 2021. I had the yellowest lawn, see the picture attached which was taken on Oct 10, 2021 (Ohio), when every other lawn was deep green (zoom into the picture and see my neighbors lawn). They even schedule an extra "free" service because their own service people assessed my lawn to be badly yellow, and even that free service did not happen. I called them several times and told them that no one came, and they said maybe I was not home when they serviced the lawn, but I worked from home the entire year due to COVID, and when they scheduled my service, I would always be on the watch for them. Please don't use their service and even if you do DO NOT PAY IN FULL.

  Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for your frustration. We apologize you feel as if you were tricked into prepaying for your 2021 season. We can assure you this is not the case. When a customer is interested in receiving lawn care services, we give them several payment options to choose from including prepay, autopay, and monthly installment billing. In March of 2022 when you agreed to services it looks like you chose the prepay options and provided your billing information to make your payment. Your payment included 6 applications of fertilizer and weed control. Our full program from your area does include 7 applications so since chose to do 6 there was a gap in services between July and October. During the application that took place on 7/23, your technician left notes on your service summary that your lawn was suffering from Leaf Spot disease and was in need of water due to heat and drought stress. Unfortunately, when services are not consistently applied the lawn is not able to receive continuous nutrients needed to maintain health so paired with heat and drought stress the lawn can have yellowing issues. On 10/21 you had requested a free service call which we performed on 10/23, at that time the technician left you notes stating the fertilizer he had applied to help strengthen the grass and promote the root system. You then contacted us again on 11/2 regarding concerns about the free service visit in which our representative went over the detailed notes from this visit with you. They also informed you at this time you had 1 application remaining for the season. Again, we apologize that you feel as if you have not received the service, you expected based on the services you’ve requested. Our goal is to always give our customers the highest level of care and best application possible but unfortunately when a full program is not purchased there can be issues that arise with the lawn during gaps in services. We would be happy to discuss this with you further and make sure there is a plan in place for your services this season to avoid any issues.   Very pleased that we switched last year to ExperiGreen. Their service technicians are thorough in their lawn treatment. I had some questions about my lawn and they promptly answered them by reaching out to the main office. The technicians present themselves with a professional manner and appearance and I appreciate the detailed reports they leave outlining what treatments they performed. We’ve been pleased with the service received thus far and appreciate that Andrew McKenzie worked with us on price when renewing for the upcoming year.

  I started using ExperiGreen for lawn treatment since last year and it has made so much difference to the quality of my lawn. Mike does a great job always, was on schedule for all the applications and leaves a treatment summary at the door after each service. I used to see a lot of weeds earlier which reduced to the occasional ones. Lawn is much thicker and greener. Will recommend Mike if you are looking for a no-hassle, worry free service.
