  Saw the company from the inside, worked there three years. The workers come in all kinds of personalities, but anyone who couldn't learn to be quick, reliable and professional was soon replaced. The workers go out of their way to cater to customers and how they want their lawn done, no matter how carefree or particular said customer may be, and Executive's services are not just affordable, they're actually reasonably priced. Keep in mind that a couple low reviews doesn't speak for the 500+ weekly customers who'd leave good ones. Don't let one reviewer's run-in with an incompetent officemonkey four years ago keep you from exploring all of your options, your wallet and lawn will thank you.

  Have been using this service for several years with little to no issue. However, this year has been the absolute pits. Contacted the office and spoke to Alex, he got me a quote and sent out an invoice, we paid and they cashed our check. That was March...It is now JUNE and we have had ZERO service. Have called SEVERAL times and was given 3 different dates for service, they missed them all and never showed up. Have been trying to call ever since and ALL calls either go to voicemail or you are told that the voice mailbox is full. Alex has yet to return any of my calls when I was able to leave a message and still waiting on a crew to come out to my home to perform the service that was paid for. You want a hassle-free lawn service...pick someone else!

  I called Executive Lawn Care and the woman on the phone said she could come out to my house that day, to take a look at my yard while I was at work. I never heard from anyone again. I never got an estimate, and when I left a message a few days later to ask about one, nobody ever returned my call.
