  No-show for a design consult and won’t answer or return my calls. This is after it took two different rep visits at my last house, because the first never contacted me or returned calls, and over a month to get a quote (by the time we got a quote we had already gone with another option so I can’t speak to their work).

  They don’t honor their promise. They scheduled me for an afternoon assessment for a new landscaping for my yards. Their guy called that he is getting at my house earlier, I accommodated his time and took a leave from work. I arrived home as agreed and he was not there, I texted him he said that he is 15 mins away. After 15 minutes he called and said that he is 20 minutes away ! So I took them out from potential landscaping providers My conclusion that their customers satisfaction is not a priority.

  Executive Landscaping is the first of many lawn care companies that has delivered to my (and my wife, Diane's) expectations. Stephen Rampersad has shown his commitment to provide quality service and on several occasions when called responded promptly to address any questions and/or concerns my wife and I may have had. After 35 years in our Marcus Poimte home, our current yard looks the best ever, Need I say more?
