  Had Landscape connections visit our home as we're looking into doing landscape lighting and adding some trees / bushes and grass etc. Their representative came out and didn't even measure the areas where we might be adding grass and rushed through the time he was there. I then followed up the next week and called in two consecutive days to try and get ahold of the guy who came out for the quote ( as he said we would have it the the next Monday) each time I called in the receptionist assured me he would cal me right away and never did. It took me searching for other employees email address and I emailed them to see why I was being treated as if my job didn't matter. I'm assuming since my job wasn't a large job I kind of got forgotten about. Then quote eventually came in with no detail of what plants , trees etc they are suggesting but just a flat dollar amount to install generic trees and plants. I waited all of that time for a half ass quote. Long story short this company made me fell less than important and it was embarrassing as a consumer. Do you think I received a call from the Management/ owners??? Nope :).

  Same thing happened to me the guy looked around gave me some attitude he said he will send a quote but never heard from him. I called the secretary said he will contact you.But he never did. very rude people
