  Unbelievable Customer Service what a great experience! I honestly didn’t expect much considering we only ordered 4 yards of crushed concrete fines for preparation in building a home garden. The checkout process was easy, their website was laid out with no BS and showed the prices upfront and it was easy to place the order. Immediately after placing the order I received a personal text message from an actual human not some automated thing. they confirmed the order and recommended that if we have any questions on the process to message that number. The company was communicative and patient in answering any and all questions that we had, they gave us an eight hour window for delivery and they delivered in the first hour. Their employee (Steven) that delivered the crushed concrete was wearing a mask despite not being around anyone. Stephen was courteous and professional throughout the delivery experience. Absolutely no question this is the type of customer service that creates an ongoing relationship. We will not only come back to this business but recommend them to anyone looking for the materials that they provide. I highly recommend this company!

  Everyone at Everglades is very helpful and knowledgeable. I have bought 3 mowers for my business from now. Same day service, so I never have any down time. That means everything to me! 5 stars!

  Excellent customer service. Just wanted to say thanks to George and Ariel again for the help. You know, people don’t realise how important the little gestures are, the guys did a great job, they were fast, professional and fun. They didn’t charge me for labour as it was a relatively quick / simple fix - even though I fully expected to pay for the hour rate - that little gesture has won me over and made me a loyal JD / Everglades customer for life. Thanks again.
