  Just bought a home on Stopper Dr, these guys came in and removed the star of david engraving the previous owners had in the back patio, very quick, very efficient! 5 stars!

  We love Ettingers! We got a beautiful landscape design drawn up! We bought the plants and put them in ourselves! Now we have a beautiful flower garden to enjoy for many years to come. We did have two plants die but they replaced them for free! Take your receipt within a year of purchase! They have so many unique plants, it's hard to choose!

  This is clearly an old and established business in Lycoming County. This is part of why we selected them to do a $20k overhaul of our landscaping. I couldn't be more disappointed with the after-care. Several of the new trees they planted have died and need to be replaced (they have a one-year warranty by the way). We can't reach anyone with apparent authority to make decisions. No one with the authority will call us back or reach out to us. There has never been any follow-up after work was completed. We paid our bill in full and quite frankly I should consider legal action. This was not an inexpensive venture. We feel taken advantage of and what at first looked nice now looks trashy due to the poor quality of trees and shrubs which didn't last the summer. Note, although it was hot and dry we went to additional expense to ensure everything was watered. Avoid Ettinger's if you want customer service and the outcome you deserve for your hard earned dollars.
