  EOS was engaged to complete a hardscape and landscape project at my home. Some items were not completed properly and were in need of additional attention. After numerous attempts to schedule acknowledged customer service work, these have remained incomplete for approximately 2 years. EOS repeatedly indicates that a crew will be coming to the property within a week or two, but NEVER posts. This has been an exercise in frustration which will ultimately be costly to have the items corrected by another, reputable and dependable company. Think long and hard before engaging this company's services. 11.18.21 updated to review: contrary to what the company response indicates, corrective work is still not completed.

  Ms. Jaso, first we appreciate the opportunity to work with you on this project at your home. While not every project will go as planned, we take pride in the work that we deliver and are happy that all the work that Eos was contracted to do at your home was completed and all of it met or exceeded industry specifications. There were concerns you had brought up at the completion of the job such as some of the perennials that were not dead but did not flower. Though they were not actually dead and not actually a warranty related item, we strive to have happy customers and replaced those perennials and the one Crape Myrtle at no charge to you. It was over a year and half that it took for this work to be completed but it was at the point that we were able to get the final payment from you from the original contract that had not been paid. You have raised concerns over other items since then such as settlement of polymeric sand. While generally settlement of polymeric sand years after an installation is not a warranty item, again, we are willing to help you have a project that you are happy with and have this work scheduled. We need to make sure that the weather conditions allow for the proper installation of the sand so you do not have a problem with the finished product. Hopefully the weather will cooperate in the coming days and we can get this taken care of for you.

  Takes many phone calls for anyone to come out and they do an assessment and do not call back. Their workers speak no English and you cannot communicate with them. They damaged my wire fence I spent 3 months to put down with their weed wacker. They leave areas of my lawn uncut. They cut when the is drought for weeks and grass is dying. I am very disappointed with their service. Once this year’s contract finishes, I will swished I will get another contractor!

  Dr. Nokuri, we are sorry that you have had a less than excellent experience. Every one of our crews are directed by leaders that speak English and if they can't answer the questions they have the ability to communicate back to our office to get the questions directed to the appropriate person. Our team met with you when you wanted to let us know that you had installed the wire fencing below your current fence and at that time you had said that you were going to replace it yourself and just asked us to not string line trim your fence from that point forward. It was not something that was discussed or mentioned prior to that moment. You had asked us about pruning the plum trees on your property. The request from you was to top the trees and as we expressed to you, topping is not a horticulturally recommended practice here in Maryland. We are licensed through the Maryland Department of Natural Resources as Licensed Tree Experts and we cannot offer services that are not approved by them. We are sorry that you are not interested in continuing our services with us next year, but will make sure your property is well taken care of the rest of this season.

  EOS did a fantastic job on a gravel/stone project under my deck. Great communication throughout the project from quote to finished work, and the result looks nice—-it really cleaned up a dark and muddy space. The team even came back to touch up some areas around the work site with grass seed. I’d definitely recommend them!
