These people do not have there stuff together and will cheat you out of your money if you try to get tools repaired. I tried to get an estimate on how long it would be for them to get to working on my chainsaw and was told they have no idea and couldn’t even give me a ball park. After I tell them not to bother and I’ll take it somewhere else they rush through “checking it out” so they can charge me $35 to get it back. You’re better off going some place else to start with.

First, they did fix my push mower. I was told it would take a couple of days to figure out the problem, get an estimate ready before any repairs. I never received an estimate and when I asked about the failed communication, she was rude and told me "I am telling you now...come pick it up. I will not be returning. I just filed my papers to obtain my farm number and am in the market to find a dealer that can also service all of the equipment needed for my farm. All I wanted was what I was told I would receive and when I asked for that service I was treated like my business was not appreciated. Guess where I won't be shopping in the future...peace! 😉

Good afternoon MR. Baker I want to thank you for using us for your repair needs and we are very sorry this happen to you. At least we were able to fix your mower in a timely manner in on Friday afternoon and fixed on Monday and you picked up before lunch on Tuesday, now I call that service ! especially this time of the year, As far as a estimate goes, some times you get into something and can have it fixed before you stand up or sometimes you got to repaired some part of it to give a estimate, In this case you come out real good , failed communication well, some customers think they need to know every time we turn a wench on there unit, others don't , we cant do that all the time , In a case like this we didn't and were sorry for that, but your mower is running and it took just a few days , We try to keep every one happy and some times we are taken the wrong way , but who knows we are humans and our Mondays are all week sometime and on Saturdays til noon witch messes up our personal life the rest of the day because of a person comes in and gets all upset because we didn't have a weed trimmer head for his weed eater he brought from wal-mart , I bet he didn't voice his opinion there were he brought it. what I'm saying is that we try and do the best we can and you grass means a lot to us and we want you to ba happy when your mowing so if you need to complain about anything call me @ 501-206-1197 ask for Harrell we will try our best to make it alright. best regards Harrell Thompson

I ordered a replacement wheel for a zero turn mower. When the wheel came in the guy working parts desk? Just couldn't seem to be bothered about checking the wheel in so I could pay for it. Despite it being $160 wheel. No tire just wheel

Thank you Bruce we are honored to be of service to you. we don't set the mfg. pricing, but we did get the wheel for you when others could not, we go thur a process to check in parts and that is the way we do it. Thanks Harrell
