  So glad to have discovered Paul from Engel Outdoor Services. I needed to get my lawn aerated, and he was kind enough to fit me in for a time that would work with my overseed. He is very knowledgeable and willingly shares information, even if you are planning on doing some of the work yourself. He even ended up coming in under his original bid. It was funny, one of the neighbors was also having a core aeration by a national company (SG) at the same time that Paul was doing ours. I went over and viewed the neighbor's results. Core plugs were the same size, but Paul took the time to go over my yard 3-5 times, so I got much better results. (SG left cores all over on sidewalk, Paul took the time to clean up!) Very happy with my experiences with Engel Outdoor Services, and have no hesitation in recommending them.

  Paul Engel is the most honest, hard-working, fair, professional, and organized outdoor services person I've ever worked with. We set up a contract with him in the dead of winter when all the other people in the snow removal business wouldn't even take anyone's phone calls. Paul was already very busy, but instead of just saying "Sorry. Nope!" -- he instead looked at his existing routes, and found a way to squeeze us in. That unfortunately is not the norm for a lot of these companies. If you don't sign up way in advance, they refuse to even consider adding you during the busy season. It's not a great business practice because most of the time, they're probably already going to be in your neighborhood at some point. You might as well make a little more money if you're already right there! But most wouldn't even give someone new the time of the day when they're already busy. Paul got in touch with us after hours, presented an easy-to-understand and very reasonably priced contract and schedule, and we were in business with him the following day. We decided to use Paul for our springtime maintenance as well, and had just as outstanding of an experience. His pricing was uniquely fair and honest, and he proved to be a very hard worker who took pride in doing a great job for us. I'm happy to recommend Engel Outdoor Services, and Paul Engel specifically, to anyone in the Rochester, MN area who wants help throughout any season. Thank you, Paul! And if we ever move back to Rochester, MN, we will look forward to working with you again!

  Thank you engel outdoor services! I had a baby shower last month at a park facility & they did not shovel the side walks or porch, unfortantly. Thank goodness Paul answered his phone on a early Saturday morning & came to clean things up for us very last minute!!!
