Never fixed my chainsaw after having it for a month. We put $500 down on a used tractor and cancelled that order the next day when we realized that they were lax about fixing the chainsaw. The owner says he was never informed of the cancellation and has kept the $500 because he says he had already ordered parts for it. Doesn't seem as if he would do such a thing in one day when my chainsaw hadn't even been touched in a month. Refuses to give back the deposit.

Took a Husqvarna chainsaw my dad had to get the trigger repaired. 30 dollars and 2 weeks later thay couldn't find the part and no refund. Funny thing is hogarth a Briggs and Stratton shop downtown who isnt a certified Husqvarna repair shop found the part and fixed it under for $30.

My experience was beyond the word Poor! They performed maintenance (50 hours) on my tractor that took them two months to pick up. When they delivered the tractor my gauges were fogged up. I went to the store and showed them a picture of the gauges. First, they denied it and stated not our fault. Note: This is not an employee, but the owner stating this to me. Second, they said they would get it fixed under warranty and then told me that Kubota small tractors have a lot of defects. After they found out that I did not buy the tractor from them, they told me that they could not look up my tractor in Kubota's system and could not warranty the repair. Then they admitted that they left my tractor outside, which gave me concern about security of my tractor. I called other Kubota dealers and asked them the same question, they all said yes and all dealers can access Kubota tractors in the system. I called their corporate office to file a complaint. Even the Kubota person told me that each dealer will warranty any Kubota tractor. Kubota customer service got back to me and said they had talked to the owner and now he would warranty the tractor, but he told them that he is at least a month backlogged and the cost for picking up the tractor is now $200 instead of the rate last week of $100. I share my experience only to inform others. I do highly recommend Coastal Equipment in Jacksonville, they live up to Kubota’s name.
