  I recently had a wonderful experience at Emerich. I purchased a rear remote kit for my kubota bx1870 tractor. The sales department was great to talk to and answered all my questions. The price for the part was very competitive and beat any online price i could find. I also needed a rear tire fixed. The service department was able to fix my rear tire rather then replace it saving me a lot of money. They also installed the rear remote kit for me at a price so low that there was no way i was going to attempt to do it myself. The work looked great and was done in the time frame they said it would be.

  Many changes over the years and not in any positive way! My family has been a customer for 30+ years. Bought our riding mower from them and had every single service performed there. Until they started price gouging. I understand inflation and everything is going up. Unfortunately I need to bring my mower somewhere else.

  Very sorry to hear your dad was unhappy with the Price Quote to repair his 20-year-old wheel horse lawn tractor. The last time we saw this tractor was 4 years ago. We have only seen this tractor 2 times in the last 8 Years. The Manufactures Parts prices get higher as these machines get older. Maybe he can try taking the rotted mower deck to a Fabricator to patch for another year ? I just don’t feel it’s worth putting money in this older machine.
