  Emerald Cut did a good job trimming trees on a VERY steep escarpment. Professional crew, supervisor and office personnel. This was a big day-long job with lots of climbing and difficult cleanup through thorny brush on the hill. Emerald Cut is typically more expensive, maybe because they have higher overhead costs, but on this occasion I was very happy with their quote. They worked a bit longer than they expected but honored the original quote without any argument. They originally said Monday of the following week, but they had some time at day's end Thursday and finished on Friday. I guess they had a cancellation. I wasn't in a hurry, but it was nice to have it all done several days sooner than expected. I see the lawns Emerald Cut maintains in the neighborhood, and I've never seen or heard anything negative.

  Love, Love, Love!!! They listen to what you want, but definitely tell you what you need, and offer the best alternative. Prices are reasonable and services are impeccable!!! I will be a customer as long as they're in business.

  I wish I would have achieved reviews first but I did not. I hired this company to do my grandparents lawn and they are very particular and temperamental about their lawn. I was assured that services would be taken care of exactly to the way they wanted it done. I get a call from my grandparents that they did not do what they wanted and for me to cancel them ASAP. I contacted the office and was assured that it was done to their specifications and I offered up video that it was not. They took down my info to call me back. The manager/owner I think gave me a call and said they would take off $7 for the cut. He went on the let me know about the hourly rates to take up leaves. I would like them to save me the time and go back I to correct the issue. They have been very friendly and responsive during this issue.
