  Our normal pickup is Thursday but they delayed a day due to the holiday. We pushed the cans out Wednesday as normal. They didn't pick up the garbage on Friday as scheduled. When I called this morning, they refused to come back out because "the truck came down our street". The representative refused acknowledge that the driver just drove by and didn't pick up the trash. Our nextdoor neighbor and the whole street behind us didn't get picked up and somehow, it's our fault and not the driver 🤦‍♀️

  Very Frustrated with them right now. They claim they could not pick up my trash this week due to weather and roads when I live on the Main Road and will credit me $6 and pick up next week as norma. Well here about three weeks ago I missed getting my trash can to the road by like 20 minutes so my wife called them they said put your can on the other side of the road and we will swing back by. Well then i got my statement from them and they billed me like $8 extra to come back and pick it up. but they can only credit me $6 when they put it off a pick up for a week. 1 day my bad is $8 to me 7 days there bad and 6$ What a Rip Off!

  I use this company for regular household trash pick up. My driver is amazing! Always on time, super friendly, and helpful. Jared (management) is also super helpful and friendly. Customer service is helpful and friendly. Best experience I have ever had with a trash service provider.
