  Talk about scam artist . You bought a self propelled mower at a yard sale with a no start condition, We repaired the no start issue Then found out it had a worn out transmission. We called you about the issue and you said to keep it. I did not receive any payment for repairing the no start issue. Then you bring another push mower that had broken wheels on it and expected me to repair it. I told you I needed payed for repairing the mower with a no start issue you stuck me with before I worked on your other mower. So what do you mean "patch work" and "Rip off scam artist" ?
