Elite Lawns, Inc. Located in Augusta, Ga has done an excellent job of designing, installing, and caring for all landscaping needs at our new home.  On time, professional and dependable.

Can't say enough good things about our experience. Donny provides expert advice and guidance. In the planning stages, he came to our house at least 3 times to look at the backyard and provide ideas. He said the job would take a week, and in the end his team finished in 4 and 1/2 days. His team showed up on time each morning and put in a FULL day's work. Team members were courteous and cleaned up each day. Response to our concerns/changes during and after was immediate, and we are super-pleased with the results of their work. We recommend them highly!

Great customer service. I will forever use them and refer them to anyone.

Do a great job with installs, sprinkler system install and repairs, and builder landscape installation.

Very poor response time. Commitments not met. They stated that they would be out a month ago to replace a bad cylinoid that is under warranty. Haven't heard back from them since a month ago. They will not answer the phone and will not return messages.
Their ground crew is actually in my neighborhood now putting in systems at new houses right now. Superintendent states that he can't do anything without permission from his boss. I guess nothing will be done since the will not answer my phone call or even HOA's phone call. Highly dissatisfied and will not recommend.

Last year we bought our first home. The landscaping was done by Elite. We got in touch with them to have them make a few changes we wanted. Donny came out and gave us a quote, we agreed on, and then it was over a month before he actually came out to get the job done. That was with me calling several times to ask exactly WHEN he was able to come out.
We had them put some grass seed on a hill the previously had pine straw on it. When they were done he asked for the payment which ended up being double the amount we agreed on! He also asked that I make the check out to him personally. I thought that to be odd, but he did the work and I paid. After the payment, he explained that I should water the grass twice a day for 30 minutes to get the seeds to pop. He said in two weeks he would come back to check on everything.
He never came back. The only thing that grew were HUGE weeds that over took the whole hill!
I left numerous messages asking when he was going to come back and explaining that no grass grew! He finally came back months later and said it was too late to plant seeds again and that he would have to come back in spring. So we had a huge weed ridden hill to stare at for months in our band new house.
Finally winter was over and I contacted him again asking when he would come back out and lay more seed. No response. No response. No response. Finally he returned my message saying he would come the next day to look at it. Never showed up. I contacted him again and explained that I waited around all day and said he would send out his "lead guy Chad" to come take a look the next day. "Lead guy Chad" came out and was in disbelief at the yard. Especially when my husband told him how much we paid for it to look like that! He said he would take to Donny later because he had some "choice words to say and there are children present".
Two weeks went buy and I didn't hear from either of them! Finally, I called the main office and explained the situation with the woman that answered the phone. She told me there was no invoice for my house. I explained that he had me write the check out to him personally so maybe that was why there was not an invoice. She said to give her some time and she would call me back.
Ten minutes later Donny calls SCREAMING at me! Literally, yelling at me on the phone! Saying that I lied to his secretary and told her that he was stealing money from the company and so on....
I handed the phone to my husband to deal with. I refuse to allow that kind of behavior. How childish and unprofessional!
To end this long story, he sent out another guy to spread more seed and the other guy actually told me to water the seeds 5 times a day for 5 minutes since it is on a hill. The advice Donny gave me actually washed all the seeds away!
The grass is finally now starting to grow thanks to that last guys knowledge, but I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone.
NO COMMUNICATION and completely UNPROFESSIONAL!

After spending over 15000.00 dollars with Co. iI cannot get a call back
for questions regarding sod they installed which is turning yellow.
Have  placed calls to cell and ofc. but no response.
Have cancelled lawn care service, and will not recommend them for anything in the future. Should have paid a little more and gone with

Did a great job on my entire landscape project! Took out all existing plants and replanted with new several months ago and it looks great! They have been spraying my yard for over a year now and it looks better than it ever has, was so impressed started letting do the lawn maintenance and they have done a great job!

Its been almost 2 years since we moved into our new home. Elite Lawns did the install off my bermuda sod. I don't know where they get their sod from, but, our sod and many other new homes in our
community yards were terrible. My yard still haven't recouped since their install. I made a request to the builder to have them replace sod and all they came out to do was fertilize. The sod washed away and I'm now gonna spend $5,000-$6,000 to get my yard done right. Thanks Elite Lawns for the terrible job on my yard. I can not rate this company, nothing good came out of it for me. I have a yard that can prove it.

I had a one-time personal landscaping need that was very importent to me. Because of its unusual nature and one-time need, I was having a very difficult time finding a landscaper that was interested in helping me.

Then I called Angela at Elite Lawns in McDonough. She was understanding of my need and compassionate enough to want to help. I wasn't sure if they would actually be able to do what I needed done, but they were willing to try and I was appreciative for that.

They came out on time and despite the job being more difficult than I had anticipated, they were able to get the job done. They really came through for me.

While they worked on my task it was quite clear that they had a very strong work ethic and integrity.  I would hire them again for sure.
