  I booked service (fall leaf cleanup) but they never came despite 5+ follow up phone calls. I’d recommend looking elsewhere if you reliably get your work done. They won’t call you either to provide any type of update, it’s on you. Customer service was friendly enough, but again they shouldnt take the work if they didn’t have the capacity to get the job done. They blamed poor weather, which is totally unacceptable, it was a late enough snow that it should of been done in plenty of time. Everywhere else I talked to got it done, except for this company.

  I understand people are understaffed right now. Last summer I had no complaints...but this year?! They come not once a week, but generally every two, AFTER I call them to see what's going on. Every time I talk to the girl on the phone, she's rude and doesn't seem to know what's going on...AAAANNNNDDDD when they do make it out, they have been leaving patches and just are NOT as thorough as they were last year. Today when I finally got through to them, I told them it had been over two weeks since seeing them and that my lawn looks terrible. She sounded like she had no idea what's going on. I them told her that I will be going with another service. She just said okay and hung up. Highly disappointed in their customer service.

  This company was referred to me a month ago and I’m very disappointed. When they finally showed up to mow the first time, spots were missed and their blades need sharpened and it left high and low spots. They haven’t been back yet to mow in 11 days, or reapply weed control for dandelions like I requested. I’ve had to call twice to see when they are coming to mow and their response has been poor. Office gal couldn’t tell me if I was on schedule because their board wasn’t filled out and that was two days ago. I asked her to call me back so I knew an estimated date or time and haven’t heard back. My lawn looks overgrown and their customer service is poor.
