  Bruce is a good guy but even by contractor standards, his inability to return phone calls, texts etc is really disappointing and it's happened more than once since I've worked with him. It's one thing to try to reach a contractor (of any sort) 2 or 3 times and wait a week or 2 for a return call when you know they're busy, but when you can't get a return call (or text) in MONTHS, that's unacceptable in my book. He charges plenty for his services and even if he didn't, returning phone calls inside of 6 months seems reasonable. Some day business may slow down for contractors in his line of work and referrals from current or past customers could be pretty important.

  After repeat e-mails and calls to get irrigation inspection and explain how I could adjust/maintain my system ongoing, I was billed for a lengthy visit but did not get what I requested. The rep ran out of time and was going to arrange follow-up visit to correct problems identified, but he did not. I included a complaint letter with payment but never heard back. Perhaps mine was a one-off experience, but it was very poor.

  Kudos to the crew at Mike's/Elevation! We appreciate their faithful servicing of our sprinkler systems. Harnessing a combination of modern technology and old fashioned hard work, these guys deliver! (We have known Bruce & family for years!) Thanks Wyatt, Bruce & Crew!
