  The staff was extremely friendly and kind. That said, the same week I signed up the price was increased. They attempted to charge my card 20+ times at the new rate and only informed me via email of the price change. No other contact or confirmation verification was attempted. Due to this I canceled my service. If they had reached out to request my approval of said price increase I may have continued the service. Given how they handled this, I do not recommend elegant greens services. If their processes change in the future then l may give them a second chance.

  We contracted with them for snow removal. My husband and I are starting to get older. I have arthritis in my shoulders and my husband has had heart surgery so we do not look forward to snow. The last week of January was brutal. In one day I had shoveled three times and it just kept coming. We called a few places and either was offered a gouging rate for service or understandably were unavailable with all the snow falling. That's when my husband remembered Elegant Greens Lawn Care. We called and we were put on their list. They came very early on the next snow fall and did an excellent job. I than contacted April to tell her that my driveway had a 5 foot extension on the side that due to the snow they would have no knowledge that it was even there. The next snow fall when they came they did a flawless job that included the extension. I can't say enough good things about them.

  Had an appointment scheduled and no one ever showed then when I called to follow the rep was rude as ever and said they don’t do in person quotes then hung up. Customer service is very important and this company has failed the most important step.
