SE services/ELC... same people.. they came out 3 times to check the sprinkler system. and didn't even find the problem. However charged me $100 & blamed my leak on the city. . city services came out after them and dug up a buried sprinkler head (something they should have found if they did a "full system check") I also knew i had a broken sprinkler head and they didn't even comment on it. i also used them for a couple months for lawn service. I had to tell them to stop blowing leaves in my flower beds. I also don't understand the need for them to use a riding lawn mower in my very small backyard. I watched them one day and it was very hard for them to maneuver in my back yard; between the flower beds and trees. Doing that, they probably broke my sprinkler system i would not be surprised if they broke my sprinkler system that i had to call out another company to come fix after having an extremely wet lawn and an insane water bill. I do not recommend them.

If I could give this company zero stars, I would. I moved back into the home I was renting out after 7 years. I retained ELC to maintain the pool for my tenants and hired them to service the lawn as well for the 4 months I tried to re-lease the house after my last tenants left. When I arrived on the 30th of September to reclaim the house, the pool had an algae bloom and the flower beds were full of debris and pine straw. (Flower beds are normally blown out after the lawn is cut.) The lawn was supposedly serviced 3 days before I moved back in. I was simply appalled at the condition of my property. I had also paid them on June 21st to trim the trees and shrubs and mulch all the flower beds. The landscaping was so overgrown I found it hard to believe they had even performed the work. They claimed it was normal for 3 months' worth of summer growth. I lived in the house for 6 years prior to renting it and knew what 3 months of growth looked like. I should have demanded pictures! To make matters worse, I was told I would receive a call from the office manager (Jennifer?) over two days, but she didn't bother to call me knowing she had an unhappy customer. That kind of disrespectful customer service is unacceptable under any circumstances. At last conversation, Jennifer said she was going to talk to the crews and get back to me, but I'm still waiting for a callback. Big surprise ... NOT!

Called and called. Finally got a call back and then, they never responded to inquiry about yard service.
