  Anthony was so incredibly kind and helpful. My car remote wasn’t working and he switched out the battery and did a thorough check to see if I needed a new remote shell. He took his time and explained everything to me. The kindness and patience he expressed is so hard to find in the valley and I really appreciate his outstanding customer service. I’ll definitely be returning!

  Their employees are knowledgeable and they approach me, instead of me looking for them. Some of their stock items are of higher quality than the other hardware stores in the valley.

  Ace website wasn’t working to place an online store pick up. Called the store. They kindly looked up our items. Staff was so patient & helpful with our order. You can count on the El Centro staff for great customer service.
