  After an evening snow and no plowing for most of the day, I called late afternoon (3:30pm) to see if they forgot me since all my neighbors had nicely plowed out driveways since the earlier morning hours. The good news is they were responsive and called me right back after leaving them a voice message. The bad news is they were certainly behind the ball getting out to plow. Egypt Creek explained they did not dispatch the fleet until 6am. This in itself was frustrating since the snowfall was essentially done by this time. Anyways, Egypt Creek was non apologetic and said someone would be there soon. Meanwhile, I couldn’t wait any longer to delay leaving with my car and the snow will now be packed down and icy by the time they ever finally show up to plow. I definitely felt like a number they hadn’t gotten to yet for plowing - tough luck for me. I am not impressed by their timeliness or customer service. Next winter I will certainly consider the more timely snowplow service providers my neighbors use.

  I enjoyed working with Egypt Creek Landscaping on our new landscape project last fall. They are great to work with and our new garden looks terrific. Two small bushes didn't make it through the winter and with one email, they were replaced in two days! Wow! I would recommend their services to all!

  The customer service you get from Egypt Creek Landscaping and work they all do is to notch! This is our first season and they have done an great job turning around our yard at a very reasonable price! We truly wish we had looked into their services much sooner. Thank you to everyone at Egypt Creek Landscaping for everything you do!
