Like the fact that they are open till 5:00. Very easy to reach location South side of North Manchester. Recently tore mower blade up on my Scag mower. After phone calls and discussing my issue along with model numbers and serial numbers with Darren and Chris they found they had the part. Very nice of them to just sell me one blade as that is all I needed. Usually you have to buy the set anywhere else. Thumbs up to Eel River outdoor power .
