  We have been using Edward’s for a number of years for our landscaping and yard needs. This includes spring cleanup, leaf removal, stonework, lawn maintenance. They are professional, courteous, and competitive in price. The crews are knowledgeable. They take care to clean up and remove waste. We have a rain garden which gets annual maintenance from the crew. Sustainable living is important to us. They are on our ‘go-to’ list for our landscaping needs.

  I've utilized Edward's Lawn for several years now for our routine lawn care and landscape maintenance services. They also help periodically throughout the year with other outdoor projects (cleanups, tree pruning etc.). They are very easy to work with, professional and prompt. I would highly recommend!

  Dissatisfied with the work done by this company, contracted them to seed a relatively small yard and fix a small drainage issue, you can see the results in the attached pictures. No body believes that we spent almost $5k and got these poor results. In addition, they caused new drainage problems and crushed an underground drainage pipe, and had overall poor customer service. We've been working on the yard since they claimed it was completed and we still have ways to go before it is in decent shape. This is the first time we post negative reviews for any business. Be warned, they portray professionalism but don't act or deliver on it when the time comes.

  We unfortunately went against our better judgement and provided this client a quote back in April of 2018. All work was performed 100% per agreed within the contract, more so, additional work was completed above and beyond the original scope of work to attempts to appease this client. As you can see...we are still dealing with this client in their endless attempts to sully our name and reputation. We pride ourselves on our level of workmanship, and customer service, (see the majority of all our other Google reviews and our 180+ reviews on Angie's List with an 'A' rating...winner of the Super Service Award for the last 6 years in a row). Our entire management team communicated and dealt with this client above and beyond over the last 12+ months in attempts to appease, and make everything satisfactory. We sent crews back out 2 and 3 times to tie up loose ends (not in the contract), in efforts to provide a high level of customer service. At the end of the day, anything we were trying to do to help make this situation conclude in a positive light, the client was no having any part of. Unfortunate situation, and an extremely difficult client.
