  I was not happy with the results and tried to reach out to explain that part of the work I paid for wasn't completed. I contacted the person who came for the estimate as well as the front office scheduler. We paid for a single pad of sod in the front yard that was never installed to cover the gap underneath the concrete front steps and clearly there is no sod pad. Asked for additional soil around the rose beds to bring the soil level even with the sidewalk. Two out of nine beds got additional soil. When I initially called to report what hadn't been completed the installer told he he saw the soil being installed with his own two eyes. Never made good on commitment to stop by for another look. Front office took my complaint and said she would have the installer call me. Two weeks went by no call from installer then I called again front office again. Another week went by and installer called, left no voicemail and no follow up. I originally felt good about the estimate and cost, but without all the work completed, and lack of follow up, not a happy customer and wont be referring friends or family.
