  I 100% experienced what Janelle went through. I gave Ed a chance because they were eager to the job, and him and his wife are very nice. After that they are a nightmare to deal with, do not hire Ed and his guys to do your work because it won’t get done. It’s been 18 months and he still hasn’t finished the job at my house. Ed does return calls and texts, but it is all lip service. Numerous times he told me he would come and finish the job and every time he is a no show. I’m highly disappointed in Ed, and I hope he realizes he’s done people wrong and that he ends up making things right.

  Best law care business I’ve dealt with locally. They were so knowledgeable and went above and beyond our expectations! Prices were fair and appropriate for what we had done. Will be using them again!

  We went with this company because they were a small, family-owned businesses and we wanted our money to go to a company that it would help most coming out of a pandemic but we quickly regretted our choice and wish we would have taken these negative reviews more seriously. We were constantly being told that people would be at our house to work and then they'd never show up when they said they'd be there. Instead, they would come and go as they pleased. This company is only available nights and weekends despite what the hours online say. On top of that they will nickel and dime you every chance they can. They don't have the business background to run a company efficiently or effectively so they're customers suffer by being overcharged to make up for their lack of ability in running finances and staying out of the red. The overall work turned out OK but only after we called another company to come help with out sprinklers since we had large chunks of sod dying and anytime we'd reach out about getting it fixed we were given the run around about how it wasn't their fault we were unsatisfied. We texted and spoke to them in person about how we wanted things and they came by when we weren't home and "finished" the job but incorrectly. Now we're stuck with what they did until we can get another company to come fix it because they sure aren't trying to come make us happy or satisfied customers.
