  Kevin and his team at EcoScapes Maui transformed a 2 acre property I purchased in 2013 into a beautiful, park-like Farm. Kevin was great about helping me learn more about permaculture, and how to position the plantings so that we use very little if any irrigation, artificial pesticides or fertilizers. I can walk all over my farm and eat fruit right off the trees, and it has become a place that my friends and family flock to. Kevin took time in the beginning to find out about my food preferences, cooking style, etc. Seven years in, I have an incredible variety and quantity of delicious food that are many of my favorites, growing year round, in a beautiful setting. Kevin is so well informed about which plants do well at various elevations, and has introduced me to a number of new fruit varieties. I have been very pleased with his landscaping staff, as well. They are such a pleasure to have around. I could never have done this without them!

  We hired Kevin when we bought a place over five years ago, and he was absolutely instrumental in helping us mold our land into the edible landscape it is now. He is incredibly knowledgable about what to plant in the specific microclimates of our island, amazing at finding all the various plants we were looking for, and handles everything from start (sourcing) to finish (irrigation, landscaping). A half-decade later, our backyard has a beautiful herb spiral which feeds our salads, dozens of fruit trees (everything from Australian finger lime to mango and avocado), and lots of edibles living in the tree circles. It's so fun to walk around and collect greens for dinner, or snack on mulberries and surinam cherries. I can't recommend Kevin more highly, he's a great guy and his team is always professional.

  A backyard full of food! EcoScapes installed an edible forest in my small backyard. They were able to design it so it was low maintenance, had a grassy lawn and was full of delicious fruits and veggies. I highly recommend anyone who cares about food security, permaculture and ease of maintenance to hire Kevin.
