Great place always great customer service

I called for an estimate and a team was over the next day.  We walked the scope and after seeing everything one of the gentlemen shook my hand and said someone would call the next day with an estimate.   No one called.  A week went by.   Meanwhile I called the "call before you dig" line and had various technicians over around and inside my house .   I called ECK again.  Someone would get back to me.  No one did.   Many days later I called again- this time I said, look if you don't want the work say so, I'll get someone else.  Was told someone would get back to me Monday.  Nope.  I'm done.  I had a good recommendation for these folks which is why I went the extra mile but perhaps my stump removal job was not worth their time.   I'll hire someone else.  And probably have to go through the whole call before you dig AGAIN.  Maybe they are the best in town- that's what a heard from a reliable source, too bad they won't give me a chance to be their customer!
