  Jedd was phenomenal. He is sincerely a great agent and genuine person: thoughtful and caring, yet extremely professional. We were extremely lucky and grateful to have him. He was accessible each time I needed him; we spoke at 7am or 11pm. He was very thorough and spelled our options out very clearly. He put money out of his own pocket to speed things along and he helped us load up items getting the house ready. He even offered to get workers and a truck; in fact he connected us to a few high quality referrals - movers and minor repair. I know the market is good but he negotiated a great deal for us and we made tens of thousands more than expected by using him over another firm (I won't mention) by taking his advice which was different than most of the standard/big name firms. I am comfortable to highly recommend Jedd to anyone!
