  Husband called this company Thursday, owner said he would drive by and quote a price to mow / edge our lawn. Gave us a price and said he'd be here Saturday. Saturday my husband texts him and asks what time he will be here and he responds "yard too much work, sorry"..... we ask what does that mean, are you coming or not? Do you need more money to do the job ? No response, completely avoided our communication with him. First off, our yard wasn't that bad and it ended up taking my husband about 20 mins to do it himself, we only wanted to hire someone since we are having a baby in a few days and wanted to spend family time together on Saturday instead of yard work. Secondly, why would you have not said that on Thursday when we inquired about the yard and you quoted us ? Very weird situation and unprofessional. Why have a business when you don't want to put the work in ? Will be trying another company next time, this company isn't worth the time and effort because they don't show and refuse to keep you informed.
