  Chainsaw pull string broke. Called ahead to ck time Eastside closed, and if they were closing early due to storm coming in. I had 1 hr to get there. Dropped chainsaw 15 min later. They tagged saw, took contact info and to be ready next day. All with my car still running. Picked up saw next morning. Inexpensive too.

  Called about buying a Dixie chopper. Whomever I spoke to tells me they went out of business. I know the company was sold. From what i understand an agriculture co. Bought them. I'm pretty sure you dont buy a major lawnmower company and shut the doors. Then he tells me he has one in stock. Why would i buy from you after you misinformed me of the status of the co.? Not a very good sales tactic. I will spend my 7k on a Dixie chopper at Watson's. Good luck.

  Service after the sale is the most important aspect of a business. Rhett and Landon go the extra mile both before and after the sale. I always shop local family owned businesses as that is what makes America great. I have purchased several pieces of equipment over the years from Eastside Garage and have always been 100% satisfied.
