I've talked to my account manager 6 times about their crew blowing the old leaves into our shrubs and hiding them, rather then doing their job and cleaning them out. I'm told over and over it will be put on a work order. The people truly have no care for the property and just want to get their job over with and on to the next. They cut the grass too short also. I'm going to send an email to all our operation managers about this on a regional and corporate level. Never in 11 years of property management have I seen such a laziness.

This is not a landscaping company! The people that come in and do the work have no skills or common sense on doing any landscaping. They don't even know how to work a Rainbird sprinkler system. Our entire apt. community looks horrible. Dead trees. Dead grass. Sprinkler system has no set schedule. Comes on in the hottest part of the day or at any given random time. Tire marks all over the sidewalks. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY unless you don't care about your property or landscape. They will kill any living plant, bush or tree!

No regard for parked cars when landscaping. They use high power leaf blowers and consistently blow debris all over people's cars. Unprofessional.
