At first contact, Earthscapes quoted our job quickly and with detail, which I was unable to receive from other companies. In order to install a a new paver patio, they had to demo an existing concrete patio, hot-tub, and previously overlaid deck. They did a great job. The real test of a company is how they react when things don't go as planned and this is how they earned their 5 stars. Earthscapes took the time to explain the situation and provide full correction, even though the problem encountered was not their fault. The patio paver deck is beautiful, even better than initially expected!

For the small project in my back yard I just wanted river rocks and a few plants that can withstand strait sun. The plants go. Burnt and the rocks where more like pebbles and The 2in rocks is wanted when they placed the rocks they crushed my plants and did want go replace them the project took toooooo long .never again I was very disappointed.

Hi Carmelo. I feel very surprised by this review, especially to receive it 3 months after the project was complete. You communicated your concerns once the invoice was sent and we addressed all of the issues. Not one time did you mention the disappointment in the rocks therefore that is new information. We also talked about the plants looking burnt and explained that you needed to water more frequently. Even the most sun tolerant of plants will experience burn and stress in extreme heat when not watered frequently (sometimes once a day is not enough). I will admit there was a bit of miscommunication and lagging communication in the beginning on our end. It was during an extremely busy time for us, not that is an excuse. However, we did address all the concerns you expressed to us and thought you were satisfied since you called and paid your invoice in full. As with any business, there is always room for improvement and we welcome feedback to help us improve from project to project. I know you had a great experience with us during your first project and I am truly sorry your second experience wasn't just as good.
