They replaced our rock walls with block walls and it turned out even better than we expected.   They also did a lot of landscaping. The crew they sent was friendly and great to work with.   Excellent experience!

Had landscaping done last year with perennials. This spring it appeared 2 were struggling to come back. Contacted earthscapes and they came out quickly to replace both plants, no questions and free of charge. Professional and reliable!

I received quotes from multiple landscapers and Earthscapes was by far the most competitive.  I needed a lot of limestone retaining walls which ended up looking great.  They graded and seeded my lawn and they covered it with a hay netting cover that was secured when it rained and got windy.  I will definitely use them again.

They may be good lawn care company, but lack in communication skills. Took them a week to get a quote and emailed multiple time to perform the service with no answer. Had to contact another company to take care of the lawn.

Hi Roger, We have customers that sign up in February for the season. You called and emailed us during a flood last week Wednesday and we still were able to email your quote on Friday. We didn't respond yet today for I was waiting for a reply from the manager to see if you were getting mowed today. I will let him know to cancel.

This is the lawn care company that gives other small lawn care companies a bad name. They don't show up, return phone calls or do what they say they will. FOR THE LOVE OF HEAVEN KEEP LOOKING AND CALL ANOTHER COMPANY. Do Not use this guy!

Sorry you feel this way Peter. You wanted a one time mow and had you scheduled within a week. The first time we had you scheduled you called day of and changed to have us bag it. That requires a trip back to the shop to pick up the bagger. We didn't make it back out that day and was going to get it first thing in the morning.  You then left a voicemail after hours stating not to step foot on your property. Still contacted you by phone the next morning to verify you didn't want us to mow and you said no. Our customers sign on with contracts for the entire season in the month of February.  We were going to mow yours one time with a week notice.

called twice and was told I would be called back.  My second call was over 2 weeks after the first and no call back after being told by the receptionist that my sheet "would be on the top of the pile".   I guess not and I will take my business to someone with customer service skills.
