Well I hate to leave negative reviews, but here goes. I actually liked the folks, especially the mom, Connie,. she seemed like a nice person. The dad no longer seems to be involved in the business since he is almost completely deaf. His two boys were nice and respectful as well. I took my 9 year old craftsman 46 inch cutting radius mower in to them in November 2021. Needed to have the blade engagement lever repaired and I decided to have them change out the two internal belts. They were a little worn but not broken. There are two brothers working together on this project. I believe the younger brother changed the belts and the older brother repaired the blade engagement lever. After the repair was completed the blade engagement lever worked but it was extremely stiff and hard to engage. I could have lived with that. The problem was that I could no longer change gears and the break did not stop the mower when pressed. These were not problems that my mower had before I took it in to them. I talked with the younger brother and asked him if he had removed the cutting deck inorder to change the internal belts. He said, " dad would have but I didn't need to". I found that statement very revealing. In other words, I can take short cuts and get away with it. They tried for another month to repair what they had broken. They couldn't figure out how to repair their screw-up. They gave me back my mower after a total of about two months. I still can't get it in or out of gear without turning the motor off. The break still does not stop the mower when pressed. They charged me approximately $150.00 for totally screwing-up my lawnmower. I had originally taken my own belts into them but they told me those belts wouldn't work and sold me their belts. They didn't bother returning the belts that I had given them. I'm in my 70's, have a heart condition and therefore don't fight or argue with people. It's not worth it to me, but 30 years ago I would have given these guys hell. All I can say is use their services at your own risk. Now don't get me wrong. These are nice folks and I liked all of them ( I had no interaction with the dad- I don't like yelling at people), but sometimes the boys just don't seem to know what they're doing.

Absolutely unbelievable rudeness, shady practice and lie after lie. My tractor stayed there over 10 days. Put wrong key switch and taped off (2) wires they didn't hook up. I could go on a serious rant but want to keep focus on this inept "family" business. Tractor never ran. Main mechanic googles for solutions. The owner is rude, arrogant and Needs to stick to firewood sales. I very seldom leave (-) reviews but this place begged for one!! Stay away from this place!!

As an employee I had far more vision into what actually goes on there. From selling old parts as new to stealing deposits from customers. The owner knows all about it in fact he has been covering for his son the thief for years. These are such good people the even stole multiple parts of my mower and left my other equipment in the weather to ruin. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy... The only problem I have is I can't upload the pictures I have to prove all of this....
Response from the owner
This is what you get from a disgruntled employee.
