  For the first 3 years our lawn was beautiful. Since then it has steadily declined for the last 2years. Weeds, nutsedge and burnt out patches throughout my lawn. After the most recent visit by their representative that told me he doesn’t know why my lawn looks so bad, and that it wasn’t his fault and that I should pay them to have my lawn over seeded I terminated the service. Why should I pay even more to a company that had no idea what happened to my lawn to try to fix it. Along with the fact that he fertilized some areas of new sod that shouldn’t have been fertilized, he apologized and said “ that he hopes it doesn’t kill the sod”. After saying “ it’s not his fault”, he kindly suggested i look for another service. Very unprofessional and not offering to fix the problem they created. unreliable and totally without accountability.

  The yard will be fine in a few weeks but customer wanted instant results. After 20 days of more then 90 degrees in July and very little rain no yard will look great. By middle of September lawn will look much better. Customer didn't want to believe us.

  This is the second year for me of annual lawn care service from this company and my lawn looks TERRIBLE. They are inexpensive and it shows. The last treatment they did was in June, it is now nearing the end of August and my yard looks the absolute worst it has ever looked. The entire lawn is covered in Nutsedge, Crabgrass, and Broadleaf weeds. I have been calling the office for treatment for two full months and nobody is EVER in the office, I always get an answering machine no matter when I call and NOBODY will return my calls. I told the applicator back in June when he was here that i needed treatment for the nutsedge and he told me to call the office. I called twice and spoke with the owner and he told me he would send someone out. He never did and for two months nobody is ever in the office or will return my calls. Worst service EVER.

  They came out to inspect our yard and provided a recommendation for lawn care. Several years later, there has been a small improvement in our grass quality, but with all the shade from the forest, the grass still struggles to grow. Their method certainly helps take care of the weeds, especially the broad-leaf issues we were having. The price is very reasonable and their service is great.
