  Luke was paid for the month in advance (My mistake). He has not shown up for the past three weeks and as of Saturday 8?10?2019 has quit answering his phone or text messages or even e-mails. I am not the only one of our neighbors that has been going through this with him. If I could give home negative stars I would. I am going to take legal action in the morning as he has committed fraud for being paid for a service that he did not perform. His cards say he is Licsenced and Insured well he in not liscenced I have checked that out so he is also committing fraud. Please Please Please do not use this service he is a thief.
