  I recently hired DWS to perform leaf cleanup and trim bushes at my home in Waynesboro. They also filled in some holes and planted grass where a tree service ground stumps down. I filled out the form on their website and had an email the following day to set up an estimate. Company is responsive to email communication and they showed up on time for the estimate appointment! 2 other companies that I emailed never responded. Felt that the estimate and invoice (which matched!) were reasonable for the services performed. The crew was very professional and arrived in marked vehicles with company logos on clothing. They performed the work to my complete satisfaction! We were also happy with the quote we received for regular mowing and trimming at the house and will have DWS mowing for us this year. I recommend this company if you need a landscaper or mowing service.

  Problems with appliances, Ac units are not big enough to cool buildings. on hot days, apartments will be 80+ inside. Maintenance tried to help but nothing can be done unless another AC unit is added. Prices are good and no utility bills. everything is included, even tv/internet. That is why I am giving a 3 star review.

  We do not rent apartments or houses. We are DWS Property Maintenance in Waynesboro VA. I am guessing Mr Kabianca has us cofused with DWs Property Management in Verona VA.
