  Durgin's Landscape has been easy to work with and answers emails promptly. They have been cutting my lawn and providing a spring clean up for several years now. I have never had a complaint or concern.

  Booked them to do a yard clean-up in October. They contacted us the week of Thanksgiving, informing us that they'd decided to close for the season -- without taking care of our yard. At that point, it was already too late to rake ourselves and have the city take away the leaves, so we had to pay extra to hire another company to do the job.

  We appreciate the review and use them to better our customer service. We do our best to honor our commitments, unfortunately due to unforeseen weather here in the Western Foothills, we had to make a decision to cancel and reschedule the remaining cleanups in order to meet our winter obligations. We understand that some may have been upset with our decision and again we apologize. We wish you the very best going forward!
