Best customer service! It's never cheap to buy a new riding lawn mower, so you have to research. My understanding is that wherever you buy, you're gonna want someone who also repairs them or can work on them too. This was our best experience on what we were looking for.  Service man took time with us, answering our questions and helped us tremendously!  We ordered a part, went back to get it, and met the owner who wanted to shake our hand. Good friendly people work here, and that's why we highly recommend them!

I had just come from a bad experience at a repair shop on Northside Drive where they told me my lawn tractor was a lost cause, needing over $700 in repairs.  Something did not add up, so I decided to throw a hail mary and swing by this place on the way home, worried I was going to be dropping a ton of money on a new mower.  Durden took a look at it (Jose specifically) said that he would see what he could do.  He knocked it out within two days replacing all the bearings, pulleys and getting it running like new.  He & Durden saved me at least $1,000.  Exceptional service and  they have won a customer for life!

What a joke, the women at customer service is rude and condescending, they have had my zero turn mower for 11 days and still haven’t got my repairs completed. I will never patronize them again.

We are sorry hear that you we not happy with our service. Due to COVID sometimes we have Equipment longer then we would like for our customers due to back orders or slower shipping beyond our control. We apologize for the delay. As far as days it was here it was 9 business days. At the time the mower was brought in we were about 2 weeks behind depending on what kind of mower.  I personally talked to Mr Leonard and he said he never had a problem with our customer service and he was very satisfied with what we did. Again we apologize if there was any misunderstanding in communication.

Bought new Exmark lawnmower from Durden's in May 2017.  Took it in for service in February 2018, mainly because there were issues with throttle,  grease fittings on wheels and when I would crank it, there was a hesitation and it idled so low that it would shut off if I increased throttle speed.  I decided to let them change oil, filters and blades while it was there.  Went back to get it to find out nothing was done about the grease fitting problem so we had to leave it.  It took almost 2 weeks before it was ready.  Picked it up, got home to find that nothing had been done about the throttle issue, it was a quart low on oil and still had hesitation issue when cranking.  I called a week or so later to discuss with the lady in the office who was not very pleasant,  to say the least.  She stated I'd have to bring it back for them to check it.  Reluctantly,  2 weeks or so later, took it back in.  When my boyfriend was explaining all the issues, she stated that they normally don't have problems with repairs like that and asked if I  had purchased it from them.  YES, I DID but what does that matter, they are an Exmark dealer!  She also stated that repairs are good for 30 days and was pointing to text printed on an invoice.  Strange,  but MY invoice doesn't have that printed on it. $157.00 for the invoice  that I paid the first time I went to pick it up and five 75 mile round trips later it seems to be fixed.  Durden's won't see me darting their doors ever again mainly due to the rudeness of the lady in the office.   I think it would ne to her advantage to go to charm school.  I've always been told you can draw more flies with honey than you can with vinegar.
