Rude employees, cronyism, and deceptive practices. Not to mention the jacked up pricing. I bought mower blades they told me would work for my mower. Took them home and they didn't work. Brought them back and Dunn Rite told me i couldn't return them because they were used....I ONLY TRIED TO USE THEM BECAUSE YALL TOLD ME THEY WORKED FOR MY MOWER. Dunn Rite....more like Dunn Wrong

Bought some parts here today.  Prices were good and people were helpful and polite.

Initial phone call the man was very rude he asked for half the money that it cost to fix my lawn mower b4 he ever fixes it because he assumed I had money issues I feel like I was being talked down on don’t use these people the 1 st person I ever talked to was very nice it was a lady but the guy is rude

I WAS DUNN WRONG at DUNN RITE. I brought some used Kubota blades up here to be replaced, the guy behind the counter said he didn't have the exact match for those blades, but "had some that would work." So he sold me 3 blades for $46 and I went home and put them on. They did not fit, they were too thin and would spin freely even when my bolt was tight. I took them back and he told me to try them with some spacers he gave to me. I didn't like the idea of altering the precisely engineered Kubota setup with additional washer, but I went home and tried them. I only cut 1-2 laps as a test and the blades left grass standing. Keep in mind that these blades were NOT the same SHAPE and did not have the same LIFT, BUT he said they would work and took my money for them. I attempted to return the blades, but according to him, they were now used. I was ganged up on by the guys working there and told that I could only receive a partial refund. I told them I only tested them because THEY told ME that they would work , swore up and down that the length is all that mattered. Well guess what, the length isn't all that matters. THIS is a shady business with crooked people behind the counter, I just hope to save some people from the headache. Instead, try Greenwood Equipment & Repair near the Burton Center, or B & F Inc. which is Uptown Greenwood. Shame on you Dunn Rite. More like DUNN WRONG.

I sent them my lawn mower to them and they have had it for almost 2 months! And they haven't even started on it. When I get my mower back they don't ever have to worry about my business again. Lesson learned.
