  If at all possible I would not rate their service with one star. Abraham has put me on hold for up to 15 minutes. Failed to order air filter for the lawn mower they sold me then tried to tell me that Kawasaki does not make the air filter replacement.

  I called Duffy’s looking for a Cub Cadet ZT1 50 and talked to Crystal who was very helpful and provided me with all the information I needed. A couple of days later I went in and got assisted by Ben. He was so helpful and took his time explaining everything about the mower and made me feel really comfortable making this purchase from them. These guys know their products and provide you with service for your unit after the sale. Hey...did I mention they deliver! Thanks Ben!
