  I tried to use this business to snowplow my driveway. I signed up and they sent a proposal. I accepted and gave them my CC number. Right on the quote it says you can still pay via check (which is my elderly mother's preferred payment unfortunately). I sent them a nice map of my driveway and went and bought driveway markers and made sure to be ready for them like they requested. I then inquired as to how to pay by check when the time came. Cheryl replies, "please note is company policy that we require a credit card for snow plowing and the services are automatically charged to the card on file." I pointed out the place in the proposal where it says I can pay by check. She then repeated the same "please note it is company policy"...blah to me again. Fine.. I'll pay by CC, not a problem. I thanked Cheryl for repeating the policy. First snowstorm.. no show. I waited as long as I could then had to shovel. Five hours later I canceled my contract for not showing and no response from Cheryl or anyone. I think I dodged a bullet.

  Very bad experience with this guys. Initially they provided an estimate by looking at the pics which I shared. Then I was able to schedule an appointment to see the project so there are no questions later. After the appointment they shared a contract to sign with higher price and list of materials were completely different then what we discussed. I asked them to change and share new contract and they sent me new one but price increased again. I called, emailed and left few messages to explain why the price is keep on increasing, but no response. If you are trying to hire landscaping company use someone else.

  I had these guys do my Fall Yard Cleanup just recently, and I can't say enough on what a fantastic job they did. Great quality work for a very reasonable price. I wouldn't think twice about recommending this company to my friends and family.
