Sold my previous Ariens snowblower over the summer in favor of something larger and more powerful. Struggled to find snowblowers in stock due to the global supply chain issues. Popped into Drake… they had several models in stock to choose from and there was no pressure to buy. Purchased an Ariens Deluxe 30 and had it delivered in less than a week; more importantly, before the snow falls. Great experience start to finish — will definitely do business with Drake again.

Awesome group of guys in here!!! Love spending money in a place like this where customers are put first and they're knowledgeable and don't make you spend more than required for service or new equipment needs!!!

not happy with my recent experience. had my tractor in for service for an engine that would not run once started. Personally checked the gas lines and added gas stabilizer. Was told that they could not find problem or solution but recommended tune up. Went with the tune up and 2 weeks later had tractor back in for same problem. Now I was told that it was a "clogged gas tank" and that .this was a "common problem". Well $650 later, I would ask why wasn't the gas tank checked on the first visit since it was common? I found the service manager to be unwilling to offer explanations and somewhat condescending.

Dear Mr. Levan, In all the phone conversations we had we have only ever spoken with your wife. The first time your machine was in your wife requested the tune up service we did not suggest it. During that time we mowed with your machine for 30 minutes and we unable to replicate your complaint. In speaking with your wife we advised that we would work with you going forward if this issue persisted but just throwing random parts at your machine was not a good idea. When your machine came back we were able to replicate the issue and found a lot of grass and lawn debris/sludge in your fuel tank. As a courtesy you were not charged transportation a second time only the parts and labor necessary to repair the unit. We gave your wife options to clean the tank but said due to the design not all the dirt may come out or we could replace it with a new one (which meant waiting for a part because she was told replacing tanks was NOT common). She chose replacing the tank. We were more than fair with you on this repair. It is frustrating when there are recurring issues and that is why we do not double bill transportation and work with customers in a fair manner.
