  We have been using Dr. Green for five years and the quality of service has been outstanding. Not only have they provided the treatment plans for our lawn, but also helped address some health issues with a couple of our trees. The pricing is very reasonable and the staff have been very responsive. They offer various plans / treatments, which makes it easy to customize a solution for your lawn needs. Highly recommend!

  I've called and asked them to remove my address from their mailing list. It's been over a year and I still get annoying mailers. They told me their marketing department isn't able to remove individual addresses due to mass marketing campaign. According to the annual Statistical Fact Book of the Data & Marketing Association, direct mail marketing in the US is a $10 billion industry. It results in an astounding 77+ billion pieces of junk mail per year.Now, with the Environmental Protection Agency also estimating that 60% of junk mail is trashed and landfilled, and NOT recycled, we can conclude that junk mail makes up some 15-20% of all paper waste in landfills.Moreover, 100 million trees are used to make junk mail. So each year 60 million trees are simply scrapped and added to the pile. Facing the environmental impact of junk mail These insurance offers, pizza coupons and Halloween decoration catalogs are NOT even worth the paper they are printed on.

  Dr Green called me and we were unhappy with the service we had before so we changed over. They offered freebies for paying the full year in advance and we took them up on the deal. After a year, the quality of my lawn has dropped, weeds are an ongoing concern, and I had a hard time getting all of the scheduled visits completed. In their defense, 2021 was the year of COVID but I never received a notification that I was being rescheduled because someone tested positive. Here it my experience. The good, when someone was obviously home at the time of application, they were very thorough and willing to address any concerns I had. When I could speak to someone, they were professional, friendly, and offered answers to my questions. Now the bad, visits neither dependable nor thorough. There were two visits during the year where I got a notification they were coming the following day. I have outside dogs that we crated only to have the tech never show up. Second issue, there were three times throughout the year that someone showed up, put a stake in my yard saying they had treated it, and they were gone within 2 minutes of arrival. I worked from home for most of the year and witnessed this first hand. Third, after talking me into prepaying, they immediately started soliciting me for other services throughout the year (mosquitoes, fire ants, & others) I'm disappointed and canceled my service as soon as the prepaid period had ended. I had previously read horror stories of people who canceled during the prepaid period being charged hundreds of dollars for the "free" upgrades. My yard looked worse this year than in previous years. We are going with a different vendor in 2022.
