EXCELLENT! I purchased a Gravely zero turn mower from them in Jan 2018 and am very pleased. Very professional in how they explained everything. Did not try to upsell me into a more expensive mower (even when I asked about it). Patiently explained how to operate it without being patronizing to me as a single woman. Delivered it as promised to my property. Highly recommend these guys!

Friendly front desk and helpful service crew.  I had a rare emergency problem and the service crew went out of their way to take care of it.

Employees were cordial and helpful. Work was performed quickly at a reasonable price. Would go back again.

I was looking to repair and older leaf blower, brought in said leaf blower part that needed to be replaced. They were very happy to order in the piece I needed. A couple days go by and I come in to pick up the spring I had ordered. Went to install it into my blower and it will not fit. Confirm online that they had ordered the wrong size spring for my application. Go in to return it and they will not honor a full refund of $39, but instead offer me $9. No further help was offered to order the correct spring or make things right.
Customer service after the sale is less than mediocre.

You are correct on price. We did not refund freight which should have been added back. The part has restock fee, not freight. We did also ask you to bring blower in and we would make sure that the spring was correct part if not we would order the correct one. We order parts that are for the specific unit per manufacture, sometimes the send wrong part with correct part numbers. If we don't have unit here to verify part then we can not make sure the part is correct and that the manufacturer needs to correct the issue.. Please come by or call we will refund the freight!

Awesome experience from start to finish. Steve was very helpful and directed us to exactly what we needed. Unbeatable prices, knowledgeable and friendly staff and great brands to choose from. Definitely my new go-to store for quality equipment. Love my new zero turn mower!
