Nothing but good things to say! Great dealership and the best prices around! Just picked up my 2022 Ranger! It was well worth the wait. Matt was a pleasure to work with. Polaris is slow due to supply chain issues, but they are making progress and they have a far superior product.

This is an email i sent to Dowling regarding them "fixing" an issue that was mentioned to them prior to maintenance performed. Sum it up: clutch and rear seal was replaced under warranty and fixed, i guess. Asked to maintenance whole machine and fix concerning issues; all fluids, thermostat housing kept coming loose, slight cranking issue, order a back seat, etc.. "bad gas has been an issue with machines lately" was what was told to me by service manager. "Add seal tight to thermostat housing", or whatever it's called, was also told by service manager. From myself to service manager, Heather and mechanic, "Replace spark plug, i tried and couldn't get the wire loose so replace it because there is a slight cranking issue". Don't know if any of that was performed because at 26 hours the machine had zero oil in and shut down. Here is the email i edited and sent to the lady in the office, which is edited because of grammar and missing a few and/or incomplete sentences. "Trying to figure something out here. The UNI air filter that i installed was replaced by you guys, i guess back to an OEM air filter by your mechanic. Now if it was covered in dust, with 24 hours of driving time, give or take a little, then somehow "dust or dirt" accumulated in that amount of time to cause oil consumption. How could so much dirt accure in that time span? Speaking with different service techs in the Panama City and Dothan area, along with Morgan City and Houma, LA, they all come to the agreement that the dust should not have gathered in that time frame. It would take a long time for dust to collect on the air filter for the issue at hand to occur. Something isn't adding up here. The time frame is the issue at hand after a maintenance done by Dowling Tractor. Having that UNI air filter being installed by myself, we haven't had an issue with oil consumption, ever. One other thing, which was brought to the attention to Polaris, the lack of communication during the whole maintenance issue was not there on y'alls behalf. It took three weeks for it to get fixed. The guy that dropped it off, after work was complete, only stated that the spark plug was fouled out and replaced and that was it. I stated at the day i was there to go ahead and maintenance the whole machine. I mentioned the cranking issue to Heather, Darryl and Michael. Nothing was mentioned about the cranking issue after or during work being performed. Not only that, y'all have failed to tell me exactly what the compression test states, and the other test conducted, regarding work already completed by y'all other that it was below "healthy" in a previous email. As stated above, the OEM filter y'all replaced should not have consumed two quartz of oil in a short time frame regardless of driving conditions unless there was no air filter reinstalled or y'alls mechanic failed to complete work. I feel, along with people i have spoken with family and other Polaris and atv dealers, that the responsibility is on y'all to fix my machine." The one I sent to the GM last week has not been replied back to. I sent that email a while ago on July 17, 2019 at 3:30ish. Edit: Just received my machine today on July 22, 2019. They delivered it back to my house in pieces. One piece in a box. Clutch cover in the back seat with rusted bolts in it. Piece of plastic over the valve and had gotten water into engine. Muffler disconnected. Drive chain, timing chain, some damn chain, hanging. Brand new clutch has rusted bolts. Etc.. List could go on. I have pics and videos that i would like to upload but not sure how, or if you can. The delivery guy stated "they were trying to find the problem", something like that, and left it like that. No one has replied back to my emails about the situation.
